In 2010, Kate and Laura set about their first project; renovating a stables block into a modern open plan apartment. Inspired by how much they enjoyed the project, and somewhat surprised by the compliments from visitors, they set about getting qualified and gaining experience to be able to do more work in the refurbishment and renovation industry.
Since then they have worked on behalf of several companies and have gained the following qualifications :
- City and Guilds Level 2 & 3 Plumbing
- BPEC/WRAS Certificate in Water Regulations
- NICEIC Approved Domestic Ventilation installation and commission
- BPEC Certification Part P Defined Scope Electricity for Plumbers
- City and Guilds Level 1 Wall & Floor Tiling
